Senior Yoga
Gentle and easy yoga. The entire routine can be done seated in a chair.
Kid’s Yoga
Kids learn poses and breathing technique through fun and active play with their parents. Eventually cultivating their concentration and physical/mental abilities.
Active Yoga
Continuously moving from one pose to another through deep breathing which builds strength and improves flexibility. It also helps tone your body and clear your mind.
Relax Yoga
Brings deep relaxation through effortless poses. After deep relaxation, you will feel rejuvenated.

	After the trial, consider regular classes and let us know your preferences.
